We are looking for an energetic Picker/Packer to join our vibrant fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from our warehouse shelves based on customer orders and then efficiently packing them for shipment. Your speed and accuracy are key to ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of our logistics. This position offers a dynamic work environment where attention to detail and physical stamina are essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Label packages appropriately for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station and contribute to overall warehouse safety .
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE ).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Understand and support the end-to-end logistics process.
- Regularly engage in tasks requiring lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or order fulfillment is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work at a fast pace while standing and moving for extended periods.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanning technology is a plus.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting .
- Strong commitment to adhering to safety standards and regulations.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations.
- Comfortable using and maintaining PPE .
