We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Provo, Utah. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations, contributing to our overall logistics network. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and inventory control. Physical stamina is necessary, as the role involves frequent lifting, standing, and moving throughout the facility. Strict adherence to safety regulations and the consistent use of appropriate PPE are mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- Wear and utilize all required PPE as instructed.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
- Contribute to efficient logistics operations and team goals.
- Identify and report any safety concerns or operational issues.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is beneficial. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Capacity to stand, walk, and perform manual labor for extended shifts. Strong attention to detail. Understanding of basic logistics principles. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment is paramount. Experience with inventory management systems is a plus. Must adhere to all PPE requirements.
