Join our exciting Fulfillment center in Orlando, Florida, as a Fulfillment Associate! This dynamic role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of order processing, from picking and packing to shipping. Your attention to detail, speed, and commitment to quality are key to our success in the fast-paced world of e-commerce logistics. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order details.
- Verify picked items against order requirements, ensuring no errors.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Print and apply shipping labels and prepare orders for carrier pickup.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and update order status.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment quotas and deadlines.
- Contribute to the smooth running of our logistics operations by performing tasks diligently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or similar role is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent movement and occasional Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse order processing and basic inventory control.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Understanding of and commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to efficient logistics and customer satisfaction.
