Responsibilities:
- Identify and retrieve specified products from warehouse shelves using pick lists or scanners.
- Package items securely and accurately, ensuring they meet quality standards for shipping.
- Conduct quality checks on products and packaging.
- Label packages correctly for dispatch.
- Assist with inventory management tasks.
- Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and procedures.
- Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent lifting, up to 45 lbs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to utilize all required PPE.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
