We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our warehouse operations running smoothly. Your daily activities will include receiving, unpacking, stocking, and preparing goods for shipment. You will be an integral part of our logistics chain, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every step. We prioritize a safe working environment and expect all team members to adhere strictly to safety protocols. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for damage or discrepancies.
- Accurately stock merchandise onto shelves and designated areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided where applicable).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety vests and steel-toed boots.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
