Job Summary:
Join our thriving logistics hub in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a Warehouse Associate! We are seeking dedicated individuals to play a key role in our daily warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and packing orders with precision, preparing shipments for dispatch, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. We value reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. If you have prior warehouse experience, that's a great asset, but we are willing to train motivated candidates. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment. Safety is our utmost priority; therefore, all associates must strictly adhere to company safety protocols and consistently utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires the physical capacity for frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, as well as standing, walking, and bending for extended durations. Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse functions will be helpful.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming warehouse shipments.
  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Stage prepared orders for outbound shipment.
  • Organize inventory within the warehouse space.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided as needed).
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and record keeping.
  • Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Physical ability to perform lifting tasks up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
  • Familiarity with basic logistics concepts.
