We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team in Salt Lake City, Utah. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a safe and productive environment. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Your role will also involve communicating with drivers, suppliers, and other departments to streamline operations and resolve any logistical challenges. A strong understanding of warehouse management systems and procedures is essential. We prioritize the safety of our employees and require adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Successful candidates will be comfortable with physical tasks, including occasional Lifting of up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments to ensure efficient flow of goods.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure accuracy of outgoing orders.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and warehouse policies.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff as needed.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain records of warehouse activities and inventory.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to all safety guidelines.
- Assist with occasional heavy Lifting as required by the role.
