We are seeking dedicated and reliable Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic warehouse team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. This position requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to our company's success in the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Ensure all workstations and common areas are kept clean and organized.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle various lifting requirements, including boxes and items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, and lifting. Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. A strong commitment to workplace safety is essential. Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime as needed. Familiarity with scanner technology is beneficial. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are required.
