Job Summary:
Join our bustling fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to manage a variety of tasks essential to our Logistics and e-commerce operations. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. This role demands a strong commitment to Safety and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your contribution is vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities, and store items appropriately.
  • Pick customer orders from shelves using scanners and pick lists.
  • Accurately pack orders, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Follow all Lifting guidelines and ergonomic best practices.
  • Contribute to achieving daily productivity and accuracy targets for our Logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or Logistics role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and scanning technology.
  • Excellent understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
