Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This role is integral to our daily operations, supporting various functions within the warehouse to ensure the efficient flow of goods. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities, contributing to the overall success of our logistics chain. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to Safety are essential. You will work in a dynamic environment, utilizing equipment and adhering to established procedures to maintain accuracy and productivity. Responsibilities include unloading incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, stocking materials in designated locations, fulfilling customer orders, and preparing items for dispatch. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all areas are free from hazards. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory, and you must adhere to all safety guidelines to prevent accidents. This position requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, and frequent Lifting of materials. Teamwork and a willingness to assist colleagues are highly valued. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the warehouse and logistics sector.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Store materials in appropriate locations within the warehouse.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Adhere to all Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of basic logistics operations.
  • Commitment to Safety and the correct use of PPE.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
