We are looking for enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our growing operation in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, you will be essential to our daily logistics and fulfillment processes. You'll handle a variety of tasks to ensure our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. A strong emphasis is placed on workplace Safety and ensuring all team members are equipped with and use the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle regular Lifting of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick products for customer orders.
- Pack products securely for shipment.
- Stage outgoing shipments.
- Operate material handling equipment as trained.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory control activities.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned.
- Uphold our commitment to Safety by always using appropriate PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including consistent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and logistics.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Must be comfortable wearing required PPE.
- Dedication to Safety and following all protocols.
