- Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and update inventory records.
- Stock shelves and storage locations with incoming goods.
- Accurately pick customer orders using scanning devices or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts – certification provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Participate in regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and operate equipment safely.
- Understanding of logistics and warehouse management principles.
- Proficiency in using hand-held scanners and basic computer systems.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- A dedication to workplace safety and efficiency.
