We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate for our Denver, Colorado location. This critical role manages the inbound and outbound flow of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency within our logistics operations. Responsibilities include unloading and receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, stocking inventory, and preparing outgoing shipments. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing carrier relationships, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A commitment to workplace safety, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting practices, is essential.   • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper inventory is logged.
  • Stock received items in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments according to specifications.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving logs and inventory records.
  • Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organized, and safe.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification may be required).
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and utilize required PPE.
This role requires the ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment. Experience with inventory management systems and logistics software is a significant advantage.
