We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Boise, Idaho. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. Your leadership will ensure efficiency, accuracy, and Safety in our fast-paced Logistics environment. You will manage a team of warehouse associates, provide training, set performance goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This position demands strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of warehouse management best practices. A robust commitment to Safety and the correct use of PPE is non-negotiable. This role is central to maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team.
- Ensure efficient and accurate processing of all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Implement and enforce all warehouse policies and Safety procedures.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse associates.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy.
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure a safe working environment.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of PPE.
- Drive productivity and achieve performance targets within the Logistics department.
- Must be able to perform and supervise tasks involving significant Lifting (up to 70 lbs).
- Investigate and resolve operational issues.
- Foster a culture of Safety, teamwork, and accountability.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, Safety regulations, and Logistics best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Experience with performance management and team development.
- Physical ability to oversee operations and occasionally assist with tasks involving Lifting.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of Safety and ensuring proper PPE usage.
