Job Summary:
Join our team as a Warehouse Technician in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where you'll play a vital role in the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. This position involves a mix of hands-on tasks and technical support, ensuring our equipment and systems are running efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, conveyors, and automated systems. Additionally, you'll assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, contributing to a safe and productive work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a mechanical aptitude and a passion for keeping things running. We emphasize a strong commitment to Safety and the correct use of PPE. This role is essential to our Logistics operations. Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on warehouse equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
  • Follow all Safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Support the Logistics team by ensuring equipment availability.
  • Assist with material handling and movement as required.
  • Must be capable of moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or maintenance role.
  • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and tools.
  • Knowledge of Safety procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physical stamina for work in a warehouse environment, including moderate Lifting.
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts and other MHE.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
