Join our logistics team as an Order Picker in Denver, Colorado! We are seeking driven individuals to accurately retrieve and prepare customer orders for shipment. As an Order Picker, you will navigate our warehouse using scanning technology, locate designated items, and ensure the correct products and quantities are selected. Your accuracy is key to our customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Safety is paramount; you will be trained on and expected to follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE. This role requires physical stamina, including frequent Lifting and movement throughout the facility. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic, we want you on our team. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret order pick sheets or use scanning equipment to identify items needed.
- Locate and retrieve specified products from warehouse shelves accurately.
- Verify product information and quantities against the order.
- Transport picked items to the designated staging or packing area.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in picking operations.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and guidelines, including mandatory PPE usage.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock put-away.
- Keep picking areas clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in order picking or warehouse roles preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting (up to 45 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Commitment to following safety regulations and wearing required PPE.
- Ability to operate pallet jacks or other basic warehouse equipment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
