We are seeking a dedicated Order Picker to join our Tampa, Florida distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking items to fulfill customer orders. Your attention to detail will be critical in ensuring that the correct products are selected and prepared for shipment. This position is vital to our logistics chain, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Use scanning equipment to track picked items.
- Verify product codes and quantities before confirming picks.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipping.
- Assist with packing and labeling as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear designated PPE .
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the warehouse logistics .
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to read and understand order forms and product labels.
- Proficiency in using hand-held scanners and basic computer systems.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
