Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular counts and checks.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including strict compliance with PPE requirements.
- Support the efficient flow of goods within the warehouse, enhancing our overall logistics capabilities.
- Perform tasks that involve lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and scanning equipment is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring frequent standing, walking, and lifting .
- Excellent understanding and adherence to safety protocols.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with standard PPE and its proper use.
- A strong understanding of general logistics procedures.
