We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our bustling facility in San Jose, California. This role involves a variety of tasks essential to our warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, stocking, and general warehouse maintenance. You will play a key part in ensuring that our products are handled with care and efficiency from arrival to dispatch. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and unload incoming materials, verifying the contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels using our warehouse management system.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Support the overall logistics process with a focus on timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Capable of regular lifting and moving of heavy items, up to 60 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring frequent bending, standing, and lifting .
- Proficiency in basic math and reading.
- Commitment to following all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and logistics principles is beneficial.
