Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Richmond, Virginia. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders from receipt through to shipment. You will be involved in various warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
  • Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications using RF scanners.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and work areas.
  • Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and the mandatory use of PPE .
  • Participate in inventory control procedures, such as cycle counting.
  • Contribute positively to overall team performance and Logistics workflow.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent bending, standing, and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE .
  • Understanding of Logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.
