Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates.
- Develop and implement efficient work processes and schedules.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and cycle counting.
- Monitor and maintain high levels of productivity and quality.
- Enforce all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring proper use of PPE.
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues and discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with process improvement initiatives.
