Responsibilities:
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with carriers for package pick-ups.
- Verify shipment contents against order manifests.
- Package items securely for transit, ensuring protection of goods.
- Maintain organized shipping records and filing systems.
- Operate shipping software and warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar logistics role.
- Proficiency in shipping software and computer systems.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be compliant with all safety standards and wear required PPE.
