You will be trained on various pieces of warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts. We maintain a strong emphasis on safety, and all employees are required to adhere to company safety policies and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position demands physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory accurately into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Follow all safety procedures diligently and utilize required PPE.
- Support the overall logistics and operational flow of the warehouse.
- Perform frequent lifting and manual handling tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of fundamental warehouse operations.
- Strong commitment to safety standards and proper PPE usage.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
