Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and potential damage.
- Store products in designated areas according to established procedures.
- Accurately pick items based on order requirements.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments for outbound logistics, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
