Your role will encompass a range of essential warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You'll be crucial in maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring our commitments to customers are met with accuracy and speed. We seek candidates who are hardworking, safety-conscious, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, and we provide training for specific tasks and equipment. Your attention to detail and ability to follow procedures are highly valued. Ensuring a safe working environment is a top priority; all associates must strictly adhere to safety regulations and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. This position involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Familiarity with general logistics and warehouse management systems is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming warehouse stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders from stock with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and load orders for shipment.
- Sort and place inventory into correct storage locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly (training provided).
- Contribute to inventory management and cycle counting.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Physical capability to perform tasks including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to following safety guidelines and using PPE.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse procedures.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
