We are hiring a diligent Shipping Clerk for our San Jose, California location. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all outgoing shipments. Your duties will include preparing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, ensuring packages are properly labeled and staged for pickup, and maintaining shipment records. A key aspect of this role involves verifying shipment details against orders to prevent errors in logistics. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure a smooth flow of goods from our facility to their destinations. Attention to detail is paramount, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Compliance with all warehouse Safety regulations and the correct use of PPE are mandatory. Safe Lifting techniques should be applied when handling packages. Experience with shipping software and a strong understanding of shipping procedures are essential. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and possesses excellent communication skills.
