We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associates to join our state-of-the-art facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in our e-commerce logistics operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, ensuring the quality of outgoing products, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. You will work with a team to meet daily fulfillment goals in a fast-paced setting. A strong commitment to safety is paramount, and you will be required to use all necessary PPE and follow established safety procedures. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using pick lists and scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stocking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, such as pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems are a plus.
- Must wear required PPE, including safety shoes and high-visibility vests.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of logistics and fulfillment processes is beneficial.
