As an Associate, you will engage in a variety of tasks including receiving, put-away, order fulfillment, and shipping. Your commitment to accuracy and efficiency is paramount. We provide comprehensive training, including thorough instruction on Safety protocols and the correct use of all mandated PPE . This position requires consistent physical activity, including significant Lifting and the operation of material handling equipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials accurately.
- Pick and pack orders with precision and speed.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to Logistics .
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Ensure a clean and orderly workspace, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Wear all designated PPE including safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
- Perform routine Lifting of packages and materials up to 50 lbs.
- Assist in maintaining inventory control and participating in cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment and knowledge of PPE usage.
- Demonstrated ability to perform frequent Lifting and other physical tasks.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and best practices.
- Familiarity with Logistics software and systems is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
