We are seeking energetic and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our expanding operations in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks critical to the efficient functioning of our logistics hub. Your duties will encompass picking and packing orders, receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting with shipments. This role requires a proactive attitude, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a strong dedication to safety. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities, and stock shelves appropriately.
- Utilize warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and scanners, to facilitate tasks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding task completion and any issues.
- Support various warehouse functions to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
