  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff.
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
  • Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and equipment.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, enforcing all safety regulations, including proper lifting and PPE usage.
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
  • Train and mentor warehouse team members.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics flow.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to meet operational needs.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with WMS and other relevant software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
