- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, preparing it for storage.
- Stock shelves and maintain an organized inventory system.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks for material movement.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
