Your role is essential in maintaining organized and efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided for certified individuals).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and cycle counts.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
- Support team members to achieve operational goals.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
