This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders correctly and on time. The job requires physical stamina, as it involves frequent standing, walking, and Lifting of packages. We are deeply committed to workplace safety, and all employees must strictly adhere to safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately select products from warehouse stock according to customer orders.
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders safely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all established safety protocols, including the appropriate use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as hand trucks.
- Communicate any order or inventory issues to a supervisor.
- Support the overall logistics flow and efficiency of the shipping department.
