Join our fast-paced distribution center as a Picker/Packer in San Antonio, Texas! We are looking for motivated individuals to accurately pick and pack orders for shipment. This role is essential to our logistics operations, ensuring our customers receive their products quickly and correctly. You will be responsible for locating items within the warehouse, verifying quantities, and preparing them for shipment. Attention to detail is critical. This position involves working in a dynamic warehouse environment, and requires physical stamina. You will be expected to meet performance targets for order fulfillment speed and accuracy. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is also a key responsibility. Safety is our top priority, and all team members are expected to follow strict safety guidelines. You will be trained on proper lifting techniques and the use of required PPE . The role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of boxes and items up to 50 lbs. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
- Perform regular Lifting and moving of packages.
