Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Store goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and system updates.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Perform frequent lifting tasks, including moving boxes and items up to 50 pounds.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry materials for extended periods. Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks and manual labor. Understanding of basic warehouse operations and the importance of safety. Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully. Strong commitment to workplace safety and the proper use of PPE. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good time management skills. Enthusiasm for working in the logistics sector.
