Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload materials from trucks, verifying shipments against documentation.
- Store goods in appropriate warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization and rotation.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to all safety standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management as required.
- Identify and report any damaged or missing items.
- Wear required PPE at all times and follow all safety guidelines related to lifting and material handling.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and meet productivity targets within the logistics framework.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Awareness of safety regulations and the importance of using PPE.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
