- Accept and unload deliveries, ensuring accuracy of contents against documentation.
- Organize and store inventory properly, maintaining order and accessibility.
- Select and prepare items for outgoing shipments with precision and speed.
- Utilize material handling equipment responsibly, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Participate in inventory audits and assist in maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and orderly at all times.
- Support shipping and receiving functions as directed.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to inventory promptly.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines, including proper use of PPE.
- Work effectively with colleagues to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Capability to handle tasks requiring physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management.
- Awareness of workplace safety and the importance of PPE.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and occasional overtime.
