Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations based on order tickets.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions to ensure accuracy.
- Use scanning devices to track picked items and inventory movement.
- Pack picked items securely for shipment when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to a supervisor.
- Contribute to efficient order fulfillment and logistics.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous order picking or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order tickets and product labels.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to perform frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
