We are seeking a detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our distribution center in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items for customer orders and efficiently preparing them for shipment. Your tasks will include reading order slips, locating products within the warehouse, carefully picking items, and then securely packing them for transit. Maintaining accuracy and speed is key to ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient logistics flow. You will be working in a dynamic warehouse environment where safety is a top priority. All team members are expected to adhere to strict safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety policies and wear required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Contribute to efficient logistics flow by meeting performance targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand order pick lists and product labels.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to handle products carefully.
- Willingness to perform frequent lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
