Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Huntsville, Alabama! This role is central to our e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for timely delivery and product quality. You will navigate the warehouse using scanning technology to locate items, carefully pick them, and then package them securely for transit. Attention to detail is key to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. This position demands energy, focus, and a commitment to workplace safety. You will be provided with all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which must be worn consistently. This role involves significant physical activity, including walking, standing for extended periods, and regular lifting. You can expect to perform lifting tasks of up to 50 pounds. Our logistics team works collaboratively to meet daily targets. Training on our systems and safety procedures will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Process and label outgoing shipments.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is advantageous. Ability to handle frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
