We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our bustling warehouse in Huntsville, Alabama. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will span order picking, packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch, directly impacting customer satisfaction. This position requires a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and importantly, **safety**. You'll be working within a dynamic **logistics** environment where adherence to **PPE** guidelines is mandatory. The role involves physical tasks, including frequent **Lifting**.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize efficiency and **safety**.
- Operate hand-held scanners and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
- Comply with all **logistics** and **safety** regulations.
- Wear and maintain all required **PPE**.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to **Lifting** and move packages up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Understanding of **safety** best practices in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong commitment to following **PPE** requirements.
