Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking items from warehouse shelves according to order lists or pick sheets.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Inspecting items for damage or defects before packing.
- Labeling packages accurately with shipping information.
- Operating scanning equipment to track inventory and update order status.
- Assembling boxes and preparing them for shipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhering to all warehouse safety regulations, including wearing required PPE.
- Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse work is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable with Lifting items up to 30 pounds regularly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics and inventory control.
- Commitment to Safety standards and protocols.
- Good communication skills.
