This role is fundamental to our logistics process, involving a variety of tasks such as receiving and inspecting goods, picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and preparing shipments. You will be working in a dynamic environment where efficiency and accuracy are key. A strong commitment to safety is essential, and all team members are required to follow strict protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant lifting, is necessary. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who possess a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Stock and replenish inventory on shelves and in designated locations.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and palletizing.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Contribute to overall team productivity and efficiency.
