You'll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, moving inventory with forklifts and pallet jacks, and organizing materials for efficient processing. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Move inventory to and from production, storage, and shipping areas.
- Inspect materials for damage and ensure accurate quantities.
- Stack and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient logistics operations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 60 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent spatial awareness and manual dexterity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of logistics and inventory control principles is a plus.
