• Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and custom laws;


• Inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations;


• Maintaining surveillance from covert positions using infrared scopes during night operations;


• Gathering concise information through questioning, observation, and examination of documents and records.
