District Manager

24/7 Travel Stores is looking for a West District Manager to oversee the 5 stores in our Western Kansas District which include locations in: (1) Hays, (2) Russell, (3) WaKeeney, (4) Goodland & (5) Colby. The job requires traveling to each location to work with the General Manager and Staff at the store to grow their Team's capabilities, develop staffing plans, assist in maintaining the facility and associated equipment, and overall help the stores build a top-notch experience for our customers.  Must be able to relocate to Salina.

Required Experience:

• Management experience
• Shift work scheduling experience
• Retail & Merchandising experience

Desirable Additional Experience:

• General maintenance & repair skills
• Operational knowledge of underground storage tanks
