Location -   This role is in-person at North Campus, Edmonton.

Position Summary

This position provides administrative and customer service support for campus residence.

Reporting to the Lead Assignment Coordinator, the Service Desk Assistant will work full-time (May-September), focusing on a number of detailed projects such as providing support for move-in preparations, completing a key inventory for all residences, and updating building access
control.

In addition, the Service Desk Assistant will also demonstrate a highly professional image as a front-line contact to students, families, guests, and staff. Extensive communication skills will be used to convey information both in person and in writing. This position will play a key role in providing administrative and customer service support, requiring extensive interpersonal, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
