Operations Manager Pressure Washing

About the Role  

The Pressure Washing Supervisor leads and oversees a team of pressure-washing technicians, ensuring effective, safe, and high-quality cleaning services. This role balances hands-on operational oversight with coaching, planning, and maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of Pressure Washing staff, including scheduling, work assignments, and performance tracking.
• Train and mentor technicians on proper equipment handling, cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and client interactions.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety standards—including PPE usage, safe chemical handling, and hazard assessments.
• Maintain equipment, manage supplies, and coordinate preventive maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
• Inspect completed jobs for quality assurance, client satisfaction, and adherence to standards.
• Communicate with clients on-site, address issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with upper management to optimize processes, control costs, and drive efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in cleaning, facilities, or field services.
• Practical expertise with power-washing equipment and cleaning solutions.
• Strong leadership, safety awareness, and performance management skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high service quality.

Compensation for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience.
