About the Role

Wagonmaster is seeking a professional Outside Sales Representative to grow an established B2B territory in Richmond Hill and surrounding areas. This field-based role focuses on developing long-term relationships with service-oriented and technical businesses. Success in this role is built through consistency, follow-through, and trust over time — not quick wins.

Customers include automotive dealerships, repair facilities, and service operations. Over time, this territory becomes your book of business, developed through regular presence and dependable support.

This role is intended for individuals seeking a long-term sales or business development career, not short-term or transitional employment.

What You'll Do

  • Develop new B2B customer relationships within the GTA territory
  • Conduct in-person visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups
  • Build relationships with owners, managers, and decision-makers
  • Support customers with onboarding, basic product training, and ongoing service
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline tracking
  • Manage territory activity independently and professionally

Who You Are

  • Background in automotive, industrial, equipment, service, or customer-facing B2B environments, OR some prior sales experience
  • Comfortable initiating in-person conversations and prospecting
  • Organized, reliable, and self-directed
  • Motivated to build a professional sales career and long-term territory
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
