We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Small Business Partnerships team—someone who can bridge the gap between strategy and ensuring an exclusive customer experience. What You'll Do
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of partnerships that serve small business owners. You will be responsible for supporting long-term, strategic growth through partnerships, market expansion and lead generation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Build & Manage Portfolios: Identify and acquire new partner organizations, managing the relationship to ensure long-term mutual growth
- Drive Marketing Strategy: Design and execute go-to-market plans, from offer communication and sales readiness to implementation
- Influence Stakeholders: Secure buy-in from internal leaders and external partners to keep complex projects moving toward critical milestones
- Master the Pipeline: Manage portfolio performance by optimizing lead generation tactics and driving high-impact conversion strategies

Salary Range: 59,000-89,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: $30,000-60,000
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
